Perennials/ Trees/ Shrubs
We offer hundreds of 1-gallon perennials, carefully selected because their larger, more mature size increases their chances of thriving through Minnesota's winters.
All our trees and shrubs are specifically zoned for Minnesota's climate, ensuring they are perfectly suited to our region. Our collection includes a diverse variety of apple, fruit, and deciduous trees, as well as blueberries and other small-fruit shrubs.
You'll always find a beautiful selection of Hydrangeas—my personal favorite—along with a variety of other decorative trees and shrubs to enhance your garden.
Vegetables
At Hillside Acres, we take pride in offering a wide variety of vegetable starters, all carefully grown from seed right here on our farm. Each variety is thoughtfully selected to thrive in our local climate, ensuring your garden's success. Every year, we plant 40,000 peppers and tomatoes, including plenty of popular options and specialty varieties for you to explore.
Our selection of cole crops includes favorites like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi, kale, Brussels sprouts, and Swiss chard, providing something for every gardener's needs.
We also offer an impressive assortment of vine crops, featuring squash, cucumbers, pumpkins, and melons to add vibrant flavor and variety to your garden.
In addition, you'll find hundreds of fresh herbs, along with seed potatoes, onion sets, and seeds—everything you need to kickstart your perfect garden!
